• Mattresses (Vital, Ecosa, Pure lines) – 15-year limited warranty
  • Covers manufacturing defects and visible indentations deeper than 20 mm or cracks/gaps in the foam or cover caused by defects.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, stains, moisture, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear is excluded.
  • The warranty is void if the product was purchased from an unauthorized reseller or sold as “used,” “preconditioned,” or similar.
  • Ecosa will cover repair or replacement and shipping costs for the first approved warranty claim.

Mattress Topper — 10-year warranty

• • Protects against defects and cracks in the foam beyond a threshold. Similar exclusions apply (wear and tear, misuse, stains, improper care).

Bed Frames / Bed Bases — 5-year warranty

• • Covers structural defects (cracks, breaks) in frames and bases during normal household use.

  • Does not cover cosmetic problems, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by impact or improper handling.

Pillows — 100-day warranty

• • Covers workmanship and material defects (e.g. structural defects, sewing or zipper defects).

  • Does not cover damage caused by stains, improper care, or hygiene issues.
  • If a return is approved, Ecosa will replace or repair the pillow, and return shipping costs will be waived by the customer (subject to a valid claim).

Other items (e.g. waterproof mattress protectors, quilts) — typically 1-year limited warranties

• • Covers defects in materials or workmanship for private use.

  • Wear and tear, misuse, stains, damage from improper use, or damage from washing outside of guidelines are excluded.
