It started in late 2020 when we became new homeowners, building our dream home from the ground up in Arizona. What began as a personal journal of that experience — the floor plans, the color palettes, the endless decisions — quickly grew into something much bigger.
Readers started showing up. They were going through the same journey: first-time homeowners, apartment decorators, fashion lovers trying to build a wardrobe that actually worked. And they wanted honest, real, experience-backed recommendations — not just aspirational content. That's what House On The Crescent became.
